1. What we collect

When you register as a member we collect: your name, mobile phone number (used as your login account), an optional email address, and — for teacher applicants — professional information you voluntarily provide (instrument, title, biography, achievements, certificate photos). Orchestra parents may optionally fill in their child's name for family linking. We do not collect anything beyond what is necessary to provide membership services.

2. How we use it

Your data is used only to: create and manage your membership account; deliver notices you subscribed to (performance alerts, new arrivals, class openings); review teacher applications; and — where applicable — record member pricing in offline transactions. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored in our database on a secured server. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Server access is restricted, logged, and backed up daily. If you have questions about a specific data item, contact us.

4. Your rights

You may view and edit your profile in the Member Center at any time, and may request account deletion or data export by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data, except records we must retain for legal or transactional reasons.
