First Rehearsal Arrangements Tian Professor Tian Yuan Orchestra Conductor Former Head of the Music Department, School of Music, Beihua University, Professor, and cellist of the Starry Sky Symphony Orchestra 14:00 Student Performance Each student prepares a piece of 3 to 5 minutes and performs it live one by one. The purpose is not an assessment but to allow the conductor to understand each player's skill level, providing a basis for selecting rehearsal pieces and assigning parts. Approx. 15:00 Rehearsal Repertoire Selection Based on the overall performance level of the students, Professor Tian Yuan will select the rehearsal pieces on-site and distribute sheet music to each player during the break.
